Photomavic® Return and Exchange Policy
At Photomavic®, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept returns within 7 days of collection or delivery, subject to the following conditions:
How to Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, you can:

Terms for Return & Exchange
- Items must be returned in their original, unopened condition with all packaging, accessories, manuals, and any promotional materials included.
- The original invoice must accompany the return.
- Note: For electronic and tech products, returns are not accepted if the item has been activated or registered.
Exclusions
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Products with opened or incomplete packaging.
- Items that show signs of damage, scratches, or wear.
- Customized or special-order products.
- Items with refunded VAT.
Restocking Fees
If an opened product is returned without defects:
- A minimum restocking fee of 15%.
- For large appliances or items, restocking fees may apply based on inspection by an authorized service center.
Dead on Arrival (DOA) or Non-Functioning Products
If a product is dead on arrival or not functioning as per the manual, it will be exchanged or refunded after verification by our team or the manufacturer. This process may take up to 4 business days.
Handling Fees
For returns requested after accepting delivery, a handling charge will apply within 7 days.
Refunds
- Refunds for card payments will be processed back to the same card used for purchase.
- Refunds are typically processed within 7 to 14 business days after the return process is complete.
Please note: Service, delivery, and installation fees are non-refundable.
Product Inspection
We encourage customers to inspect products thoroughly before signing the Proof of Delivery (POD). Any damage reported after signing will not be eligible for return or warranty claims.
Extended Warranty or Protection Plans
If the item is returned within the manufacturer’s warranty period, any extended warranties or protection plans can also be returned. The store management’s decision is final.
Marketplace Return and Exchange Policy
For marketplace products, please contact our helpline at +971544118175 or Marketplace items cannot be returned or exchanged at Photomavic® stores.
Marketplace Conditions
- Products must be unopened and in sealed packaging.
- DOA products will be exchanged or refunded after verification, which can take up to 7 days.
Inspection for Marketplace Products
All marketplace items should be thoroughly inspected before signing the POD. Damage reported after signing will not qualify for returns or warranty claims.
Open Box/Display Units Return and Exchange Policy
Standard return and exchange policies do not apply to open box or display items. Defective products must be returned within 7 days of purchase for verification by authorized personnel.
Warranty:
Open box and display items come with a 6-month warranty. The warranty is void if the product is tampered with, opened, or shows signs of physical or liquid damage.
Important Notice
Photomavic® reserves the right to take action in cases of abuse of the return policy. Excessive returns, frequent order cancellations, or returning items not in original condition may result in warnings, restrictions, or termination of customer accounts.
